About
Founder of Manela Solutions. I work on the operations and technology side of ecommerce — the unglamorous systems that determine whether a storefront actually runs well.
My work sits at the intersection of two things that are usually handled by different people: the operational discipline of running an ecommerce business, and the technical skill to build the software that supports it.
That combination came from doing both directly — managing product catalogs and marketplace storefronts for retail brands, and separately, designing and programming applications from the ground up. Manela Solutions is where those two sides meet: clients get someone who understands the operational problem firsthand and can also build the fix.
Engagements start with an audit, not a pitch. I look at the actual catalog, the actual listings, the actual workflow — and tell you plainly what's broken before proposing what to build or fix. Most projects move from a fixed-scope audit into an ongoing or project-based engagement once we've agreed on priorities.
