Services

Where I help

Three service lines, all built around the same idea: fix the operational foundation first, then build whatever software makes it easier to keep clean.

Service

Catalog & product data

Data audits, deduplication, attribute standardization, and ongoing catalog governance so listings, orders, and inventory counts actually match reality.

Service

Marketplace storefronts

Setup and ongoing management for Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, and Shopify — listings, inventory sync, fulfillment workflow, and performance tracking.

Service

Custom software & UX

Internal tools and customer-facing applications, designed and programmed end to end when off-the-shelf platforms hit their limits.

Process

How an engagement runs

01

Audit

I go through the actual catalog, listings, and workflows and document exactly what's broken, duplicated, or missing — with specifics, not generalities.

02

Plan

Findings get prioritized into a scope: what to fix first, what to automate, and what (if anything) needs custom software.

03

Build

I execute the fix directly — cleaning data, configuring marketplace integrations, or writing the application — and check in on a set cadence.

04

Hand off or maintain

Some clients want the system handed back to their team with documentation; others keep me on for ongoing management and monitoring.

Not sure which you need?

Most engagements start as a short audit, which is usually enough to tell us whether the real problem is data, process, or missing software.
